Jodha begum says that she knows that he has duties to be performed towards all his wives but still she is jealous. He says that their love story will be of two human beings who made two religions as one. He also tells her that in future he will be known because of her. Jalal also gives her the example of Lord Krishna who has 16000 wives but he loved Radha only.
Jodha begum is happy to know that he loves her only. He explains that there is not a single wife of his who has place in his heart but she is the one who understands her and he gets attracted to her only. Jalal asks her not to be jealous of Ruquiya begum as he was not an emotional human being having a heart before Jodha came into his life. Jodha begum asks him not to give any explanation but she also shares that she doesn’t like to see him with anyone. Jalal explains that he also doesn’t remember when he went closer to Ruquiya begum but he was alone when she was not in Agra so Ruquiya begum consoled him. Jalal questions him as he has right to get married to N number of wives. Jalal asks her about the issue because of which she is angry with him. He expresses his wish to share the good news with her. She makes herself understand that Jalal is an Emperor and he has many wives. On the other side, Jodha begum feels very hurt as she saw Jalal adoring Ruquiya begum.
